Please note that our return policy is as follows:
1. Returns within a certain period: Customers can return purchased products within a certain period from the date of purchase. Please refer to the purchase receipt for details on the period allowed for the return process. The customer can return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
2. Terms and Conditions: The products you wish to return must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange products that do not comply with these conditions.
3. Shipping Fees: The customer bears the shipping costs for the return process, unless there is an error on our part in the order or in the event that a damaged or incorrect product is received.
4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account depending on the bank policy or payment method used.
5- Products that were manufactured to specifications specified by the customer (writing the Customer name on the product) are not returnable
